His fascination with art started at an early age with animation and continued through high school, well into college. He studied Cinema Art at LA Valley College, Art at Pasadena City College and Animation/Graphics at Glendale City College. Early after college, Frank coordinated digital arts materials for several of the studio's blockbuster movies. He went on to independently produce media for local ad agencies while dedicating time volunteering to produce media and holiday events for local NPOs such as Chirla/Los Angeles, Grandmas House of Hope/Anaheim, Hope House/El Monte and Ronald McDonald House/Pasadena. Ultimately, he produced several of the largest fundraisers on the 6th Street Bridge in Downtown Los Angeles for local charities Friends of the LA River/Los Angeles and Arte Calidad/Festival De La Gente.

Frank's passion has been in serving the community through art and fundraising events. He enjoys organizing gift exchanges for at risk youth throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties during the holidays. If he is not working or giving back, he finds peace studying the Korean Martial Arts known as Hapkido.

His mixed media artworks can be oil on canvas paintings, paper mache sculptures or video productions. Frank's artwork is inspired by culture, politics and tackle feelings of loneliness and positive messages of hope. Currently, he is focusing on his arts, nurturing a new career and new marriage. In the future he would like to expand to community based arts installations.

Relitively new to Lake Gregory in Crestline, Frank lives with his wife, Claudia, and he enjoys the tranquility the mountain provides for working on his art projects. He enjoys the local hiking trails and spends a lot of time with his newly wed wife who is supportive of his artistic endeavors.
